FAQ

1. How does it work?
You add your animated animal to your website, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and other social network sites. Or you may upload your pet into a UsendU Expressive Greeting to send to family, friends and clients. Create a one of a kind greeting and send it to 100 recipients, for free, on your initial visit to UsendU.com.
2. Do I have to wait for the Flash Animation to be sent to me?
YES – Within 24 to 48 hours
3. What if I just want to customize the animation with my own text message?
Easy - Just use the message tool on this page and select a voice.
4. How do I put the Flash animation on my web page?
You upload the web page, the .mp4 file and the .jpg file to the same directory on your web server. - That's it!
Full instructions are provided in the readme segment of your returned animated image.
5. What graphics software can I use to make a JPEG file?
We recommend Paint Shop Pro (Free trial from www.jasc.com) or IrfanView (Freeware from www.irfanview.com). There are lots more suitable graphics programs available.
6. Can I use a GIF file instead of a JPEG file?
You just need to convert the GIF file into a JPEG file first. You can use graphics software like Paint Shop Pro or IrfanView to do it. Load the GIF file and then Save As a JPEG file.
7. Can I use any JPEG file?
You need to make sure the JPEG file is the right size for the animation (detailed in the supplied instructions). When you save your JPEG file, make sure to save it using Standard Encoding, not Progressive Encoding (Standard Encoding is usually the default). You will need to rename your JPEG file to the name provided in the instructions.
8. Who owns the copyright?
You are responsible for all copyright and trademark obligations. We are not liable for any infringements.
9. Can I change the size of the Flash animation?
The animated image we create for you is the only available size.
10. What is SWF?
The .swf file is the compiled Flash movie. Historically SWF stands for ShockWave Flash.
11. Do I get the source files?
No, we do not supply the source files.
